Automated IT operations without building your own tools.
Connectica Shared Services brings together our services for monitoring, updates and IT maintenance. We host the platform and connect it to your environment. Your team uses automation we have already developed and continue to improve for our customers.

Where we help
Primarily for businesses with up to approximately 50 employees willing to adopt standardised technologies and automation-led IT operations.
Updates, monitoring and regular checks rely on tools that someone has to build and maintain. We provide these services from our platform, with only the necessary components running on your infrastructure. When we add useful automation, we can offer it to other customers after validation. You do not need a separate team to build and operate the same solution.

Benefits for your team
From operational signals to verified outcomes.
01
Development that improves your IT operations
We develop the platform centrally. When a useful automation or control is ready, we can offer it to other clients after validation.
02
Updates and care without manual routine
Automated procedures support updates, monitoring, maintenance and recurring checks within the agreed service scope.
03
Better services from operational experience
We turn lessons from several environments into repeatable procedures. Each client receives a solution adapted to their own environment.
04
Hosted by us, or at your site
We normally host the platform. If you need it at your own site, we can arrange the loan of our servers. Connectica retains responsibility for server administration and platform management.
05
Clear visibility and ownership
Interventions, open risks and planned changes have a clear record. We agree service scope and responsibilities in advance.
06
Standardise before taking over
We start with an audit and a proposal to rebuild around our supported technologies. Alternatively, we supply or loan the required hardware. Unsupported systems need a different administrator and clearly separate responsibilities.
07
Agreed maintenance windows
Updates and upgrades take place in pre-agreed service windows. Our scope can include laptops, servers and networks.
08
Subscription and interventions are separate
A subscription based on users and devices covers agreed shared services. Helpdesk access has a separate fee; user requests and monitoring-triggered interventions are billed separately, with a 30-minute minimum per request. Monthly invoices include a work report.
09
Remote-first support
Physical tasks are handled with a local contact or an exceptional, separately billed on-site visit by arrangement. Support is in Czech and English. Standard initial response is within 3 working days; faster response and weekend coverage require a separate paid SLA.
How it works
Every step has a purpose.
01
Develop a shared service
02
Validate it in practice
03
Introduce it into IT operations
04
Improve it continuously

02Select shared services suited to your operations
03Agree service scope and responsibilities
04Introduce services gradually and review their value regularly
Shared development. Services shaped around your environment.
We develop the platform for several clients, while introducing into your environment only the services that fit your needs and agreed service scope. Updates and upgrades run in agreed maintenance windows. Helpdesk access carries a separate fee; interventions, including those triggered by monitoring, are billed separately with a 30-minute minimum per request. Individual interventions proceed without separate approval, and the monthly invoice includes a work report.
